Exchange and return policy

 

What products are included in the return?

 

Books and products that contain printing or manufacturing problems will be replaced immediately (without the customer bearing any costs) provided that you contact us within a maximum period of 3 days and provide us with a picture of the problem and the order invoice. In the event that the book or product is not available, the amount of the book paid will be refunded.

 

What products are included in the exchange?

 

Books that were ordered incorrectly must be packaged and in the condition in which they were received, provided that we are contacted within a maximum period of 3 days, and the customer bears the cost of delivery or shipping.

 

What is the method of receiving the amount?

 

If the discount code is used in the order, the value of the product will be returned after deducting the same discount percentage.

The product value will be returned via bank transfer to the customer's account or to the credit card that was used for the same order.

Products paid with gift vouchers cannot be returned in cash or via bank transfer. Rather, the amount will be returned for the same voucher.

Payment will be received within 3-5 working days.
